Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the shipping date confirmation and tracking information. Shipping times are provided as a guide; Nailsnail cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.
**International Customs and Duty Fees:** As we are unable to advise the exact amount of customs and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that may be incurred once the order has reached the destination.

��� SHIPPING TIMELINE
Your order will be dispatched as soon as our nail techs finish handcrafting your nails. Keep in mind, we're in full swing on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. As soon as your Nailsnail package begins its journey to you, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress.

All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM AWST, Monday – Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
